  Bought a second battery for my 4WD from them which unfortunately died after just short of 2 years.They replaced it without issue and their service and attitude was very positive. Nice people to deal with.

  Fantastic service!! Great product knowledge and prices with quick delivery. I have ordered a number of times and always satisfied. The thumper extreme 120ha batteries I found keep charge for a long time and charge quick. Battery box I got is durable, quality made and very handy with solar panel. Inverter and dc-dc charger are very high quality.
  I trust and will be shopping again with this business.

  I contacted these guys regarding a battery pack of there’s that blew up. I was originally told I needed to speak to Darryl, at that time he wasn’t there as he was at another branch, so they took my details. I waited a few days and had to chase, spoke to him was told they’d need to see some pics. So I sent them through, a week went by and no contact. So I chased, Darryl was at a show so apparently he was offline for that few weeks duration. John gave me the run around making all kinds of the usual oh I don’t have access to that email. Sent it to a new one, oh I’ve never seen a battery do that in the 18 years I’ve been here. I said well that doesn’t really matter does it, you have now all I’m interested in is how we deal with this now, we couldn’t determine the cause between the battery or the solar panel, so Darryl apparently needed to be involved. So I waited over Xmas for him to get back to work, and when I spoke with him he had no recollection of any of this or who I was, after nearly 3 months of me chasing incompetence. So then after much tooing and frowing they decided they wanted the battery back, I waited for the courier email to come through and sent it the next day. I waited yet another week and heard nothing from them, I rang to be told by John oh yes I did see that sitting there waiting for Ashleigh to look at, then another week went buy and finally I got a call from her. their best offer was to re pack the box at their cost as they were adamant that their product was not at fault in any way even though there was evidence that there had potentially been some foul play with cables rubbing. Regardless of all of this I was just most upset because my $600 battery had now owed me over $1000 due to having to buy a basic stand alone battery at a cost of $350 to get me buy while these guys mucked me around for months due to needing to have a fridge in my Ute for medical supplies. Compared to the solar company who sent me a new panel replacement within the fortnight these guys were nothing but agony to deal with.

  They use Aus Cell Lead Acid batteries in their Thumpers. The cheapest most unreliable battery on the market. Look what happened to this Thumper, just a couple of years old, never worked great from the start.

  They refused to credit me with an unsuitable light that was unused in its original packing as long needed one with a remote switch will never deal with them again
