  Over priced scripts it's outrageous...if they don't want the job leave and let someone have it that wants to be there.

  Worst chemist ever! Staff are always rude and unhelpful. I went in on Sunday morning 17/10 in the plaza ( against my better judgment) and sure enough the woman who served me did not say a word. Oh, sorry, she did ask me if I wanted my receipt, but that was it! Made an online booking for a vaccination but that was stuffed up too! They tried to blame us for making the mistake! I’m sticking to National pharmacies from now on. NEVER AGAIN will I set foot in a Terry Whites chemist. They are ALL the same, useless, unhelpful, slow and rude!

  This Terry White pharmacy at Mount barker Central is the pits. Not only are the prices for scripts high but also prices for non prescription items as well. Went there on Sunday the 16th of April 2022 and did not wear a mask as we didn't have to, and no one at the back counter said I had to . BUT the grumpy and rude person at the checkout said I had to have one on. There was no sign saying it was mandatory to wear one. And a bit of politeness goes a long way. And please stay open until 9pm. Chemist warehouse is looking a lot more appealing

  I too have encountered that rude woman at the register she is not a suitable person for that position no people skills and downright rude and self opiniated. NOT only to me the person in front of me. I did ring and speak to the manager. Obviously they don't care we should boycott this store and to National Pharmacy.

  Why are u closing earlier and earlier? Plus closing b4 8pm on a Thursday night??!? I just found out and i have to spend the night in agony. My dose is higher than what a prescription from 6 months ago says. Fine, call my Dr. My Dr who reassured them everything is fine. Then question me again a month later with a script showing the correct dose, infuriated me just because she remembered me. Then tell me u don't have it. So why ask me stupid questions? So that's 2 months in a row I've been sent home with nothing and asked a bunch of questions. I've never had a problem b4. I don't know if this chemist is new bcoz now I don't like going In the there.
