- Genevieve Wesslink Added March 07, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Attended the Oak & Iron Tavern for the first time for a birthday lunch on Saturday 20/08/22. This is a great bistro with a lovely outlook. Very generous serves so good value for money. I was very impressed that all meals for the 6 of us were all served at the same time so no-one left waiting for a meal. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating especially with my elderly Mum. I was also pleased to see that the layout of the venue was accommodating for wheelchair access as in enough space to allow access.

We had a great night and everything flowed so smoothly and that wouldn't have happened without the experience and professionalism of the amazing staff. I honestly can't truly express just how impressed I was with everything.
